摘要
Abstract
The process for oxygen production by PSA using a carbon molecular sieve (CMS) is designed. The PSA oxygen process is established based on CMS as an adsorbent, oxygen-rich as a raw material gas and PLC control system. The oxygen process, including pre-processing unit, adsorption unit, control unit, power and pipeline systems, could separate oxygen out from the oxygen-enriched gas well. The oxygen generating process based on PSA using CMS and the PLC control system could achieve the on-line monitoring and adjustment of PSA process parameters to improve the product gas concentration for the preparation of high purity oxygen.关键词
