摘要

Abstract

Using fungicide to treat cantaloupe, the appropriate fungicide is determined by measuring quality indicators related to fruit during storage. Taking melon –Xizhoumi 17 as test materials, using azoxystrobin, prochloraz, oxalic acid solution to soak cantaloupe for 1 and 5 min, room temperature, fruit hardness, conductivity, color, soluble solids during storage content, weight loss, decay rate parameters were measured. The results showed that under room temperature, using oxalic acid solution to soak melon –Xizhoumi 171 min, the decay of cantaloupe storage quality can be slowed down and prolong shelf life.
