Abstract
Based on the annual living Euonymus kiautschoicus and Euonymus japonicas, by different density of NaCl solvent irrigation to the seeding root, to analyze effect of different density of solvent on photosynthesis. The results showed that (1) The MDA volume of Euonymus kiautschoiccus and Euonymus japomnicus raising up with NaCl density going up; MDA volume gets the peak at the circumstance of 2.5% NaCl salt stress, and compared with CK, the Euonymus kiautschoicus towers over 132%, Euonymus japonicas towers over 118%;(2)After the salt stress, the proline volume of the Euonymus kiautschoiccus and Euonymus japomnicus turns out the bigger density of NaCl solvent, the more the accumulation of pralines; (3)According to the analysis of variance, the Euonymus kiautschoiccus in the NaCl 1.5%salt stress, the growth turns out to be weakening, however, under NaCl 2.0%salt stress, the Euonymus japomnicus turns out to be good, in the circumstance of over NaCl 2.0%, the growth turns out weakening. In summary, the author considers that the salt resistance of Euonymus japomnicus is better than Euonymus kiautschoiccus, and Euonymus japomnicus is suitable for planting in saline-alkali soil.关键词
