过表达maspin对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞凋亡的影响
Effect of Overexpressing Maspin on the Apoptosis of Human Breast Cancer Cell MCF-7
摘要
Abstract
By constructing maspin expression plasmid,the effects of overexpressed maspin on the proliferation and apoptosis of human breast cancer cell MCF-7 were studied. The proliferation of MCF-7 cells was observed with MTT. The results show that the overexpression of maspin inhibited MCF-7 cell’s proliferation in a dose dependent manner. The apop-tosis of MCF-7 cells was observed with TUNEL and flow cytometry. The results indicate that the maspin overexprssion could promote the apoptosis of MCF-7 cell and thereby inhibit cellular proliferation.关键词
