利用木糖母液生产碱性蛋白酶发酵工艺的初步研究
Alkaline Protease Fermentation Process Using Xylose Mother Liquor

Abstract
In this study,engineered Bacillus licheniformis TCCC11843,was used for the fermentation production of alkaline protease from a carbon source:xylose mother liquor,a by-product of xylose production. The optimized fermentation pa-rameters of alkaline protease production were:inoculum culture age was 12,h,initial pH 6.5,inoculum volume 8%, fermentation temperature 34,℃,and feeding 4.0,mL 50%xylose mother liquor at the 24th,h. Under such optimal fermenta-tion conditions,the maximum enzyme activity can reach 7,838,U/mL. Moreover,feedback feeding experiments using the 7,L fermenter resulted in the maximum enzyme activity of 14,912,U/mL at 80,h. These results are valuable for the optimal com-mercial production of alkaline protease.关键词
