摘要

Abstract

The species composition,cell abundance and community structure of phytoplankton in Bohai Sea and the North Yellow Sea were studied with Utermöhl method in Autumn(November)2012. Canonical correspondence analy-sis(CCA)was used to analyze the correlation between phytoplankton and environmental factors in the surveyed area. A total of 94 taxa which belong to 38 genera of 3 phyla were identified,among which 62 species of 29 genera were Baciallariophyta,31 species of 8 genera were Dinophyta,and 1 species of 1,genera was Chrysophyta. The species composition of phytoplankton community were mainly temperate and widely distributed regimes. The cell abundance of the phytoplankton ranged from 0.30×103 to 10.48×103 L-1,and the average value was 2.79×103 L-1. Paralia sul-cata and Coscinodiscus sp. were the main dominant species of Baciallariophyta. Ceratium fusus and Ceratium tripos were the dominant species of Dinophyta. Shannon-Winener diversity index ranged from 0.32 to 2.95,and the average value was 1.49.Pielou’s evenness index ranged from 0.16 to 0.89,and the average value was 0.55. Canonical corre-spondence analysis showed that the most influenicial environmental factor on the dominant species was phosphate. Comparison with historical data found that the phytoplankton community was dominated by diatom in the past,but now by both diatom and dinoflagellate coexisting together.
