血必净注射液对复苏后的多器官功能障碍患者脏器保护作用的研究
Protective effects of Xuebijing injection against organ injury in patients with MODS after cardiac pulmonary resuscitation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuebingjing injection against multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) after cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR). [Methods] Using randomly, group-divided method, 98 patients with diagnosed MODS after CPR were assigned as treatment group and control group. The changes of main symptoms, body signs, serum TNF-α, IL-6 and the multiple or-gan function were observed before and after treatment. The control group was treated with normal Western medicine alone while the treat-ment group was with Xuebijing injection and Western medicine. [Results] Compared with the control group, the serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 of patients in treatment group were more obviously improved (P﹤0.05). The function of live,myocardial enzymes,coagulation in-dexes and arterial blood gas analysis and so on were also obviously improved after treatment for 3 day and 7 day (P﹤0.05). [Conclusion] Xuebijing injection can improve symptoms, decurtate course and prevent aggravate of CPR-MODS.关键词
