癌性疼痛中医外治方剂用药规律分析
Analysis on composition principles of herbs in external treatment prescription for cancerous pain
摘要
Abstract
Objective] To analyze the composition principles of herbs in external treatment prescription for cancerous pain. [Methods] Collecting the external treatment prescriptions used for cancerous pain on CNKI, then input these data into the TCM inheritance support system. Using principle analysis, hierarchical clustering the composing principles were analyzed. [Results] Based on the analysis of 114 cases of prescriptions including 155 kinds of herbs, the frequency of each herb and association rules among herbs included in the database were computed. Six core combinations and 6 new prescriptions were mined from the database. [Conclusion] The external treatment prescriptions for cancerous pain were formed according to the next principles: with the principle of “stop the pain by dredging the channels”, using herbs with blood-activating and stasis-removing, orifice-opening, heat-clearing, dampness-drying and phlegm-resolving.关键词
