Abstract
Objective] To observe the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine mold and 420 nm intense pulsed light for the treatment of acne vulgaris. [Methods] The 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The method of 420 nm intense pulsed light combined with traditional Chinese medicine mold were used in treatment group, and the control group only used traditional Chinese medicine mold. The method of 420 nm intense pulsed light was used twice a week, then traditional Chinese medicine mold was used once a week, four weeks for a period of treatment. [Results] Effective rate was 96.5% in treatment group, and it was 85.0% in control group. There were significant difference between two groups. [Conclusion] Combination of traditional Chinese medicine mold and 420 nm intense pulsed light for the treatment of acne vulgaris is safe and effective. It is better than only using the method of traditional Chi-nese medicine mold. The effect is remarkable especially for the treatment of inflammatory skin.关键词
