银杏叶提取物对家兔高胆固醇血症模型脑组织形态学的影响
Effect of the extract of Ginkgo Biloba in brain tissue morphology in rabbit hypercholesteremia model
摘要
Abstract
Objective] To study the effect of the extract of Ginkgo Biloba 761 (EGB 761) on brain tissue morphology in rabbit hyperc-holesteremia model. [Methods] We built the hypercholesteremia model with male New Zealand white rabbits, which were divided into four groups:the control group, the model group, the simvastatin group, the EGB761 group. Detecting the morphology change of nerve fiber with HE staining and silver staining. [Results] The hippocampus in model group showed neuronal degeneration, necrosis and microfibers tangles while the EGB761 group showed less neuronal degeneration, necrosis and microfibers tangles, and regular nuclear morphometry. [Conclusion] EGB761 can effectively protect the integrity of the structure of nerve fibers in hypercholesterolemia.关键词
