调肾保心法治疗冠心病心绞痛60例临床疗效观察
Clinical curative effect observation of adjusting Shen and protecting heart method on 60 cases with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective] To observe the therapeutic efficiency of“adjusting Shen and protecting heart”for treating coronary heart disease (CHD). [Methods] The 120 patients was divided into two groups randomly, observation group involved 60 cases and the same to control group. Both two groups were treated by conventional Western medicine and the observation group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) about“adjusting Shen and protecting heart”of SUN Lan-jun too. The treatment course was four weeks. After four weeks e-valuated the attack frequency of CHD and the classification, the electrocardiogram changes, the dosage of nitroglycerin and the rate of stop or reduction. TCM syndrome improved conditions. [Results] The curative effect for electrocardiogram, observation group total effec-tive rate was 81.67%, and was better than that of control group (53.33%, P﹤0.05). The curative effect for CHD:the number of attack and the reduction of CHD for observation group was better than that of control group (P﹤0.05). The grade changes in observation group was better than that of contrast group. For the curative effect of TCM, observation group was 91.7%, and it was better than control group (78.3%). [Conclusion]“Adjusting Shen and protecting heart”is a good method on CHD and is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
