摘要
Abstract
Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of severe community acquired pneumonia. [Methods] The selection of nearly two years of ICU in our hospital treated 68 cases of severe community acquired pneumonia in hospi-talized patients, they are randomly divided into the observation group and control group, each group has 34 patients, all patients are in their drug sensitivity test is selected based on given antibiotics, patients in the control group conventional treatment methods of severe community acquired pneumonia, the observation group patients except the treatment methods, the use of Xuebijing injection. [Results] The clinical treatment of Xuebijing in the total effective rate of observation group is significantly higher than that in control group, APACHEII score, WBC, CRP and PCT index to improve the situation significantly better than the control group. [Conclusion] Xuebijing injection in the treatment of severe community acquired pneumonia has good clinical efficacy.关键词
