On the Mode of Solving the Diaoyu Islands Dispute from the Angle of International Law
摘要
Abstract
Nowadays the domestic studies on the disputes over the Diaoyu mainly focus on historical and le-gal dimensionality,which include the disputes over the sovereignty of the Diaoyu,Chinese sovereignty of the Diaoyu according to the historical and legal basis,Japanese purpose of provoking Chinese sovereignty of the Diaoyu and influence on China-Japanese relations,etc.This paper studies on disputes solution mode in the terms of legal principle,raising four modes including war-mode,arbitration-mode,negotiation-mode and shelving-mode to solve the disputes.These modes can help China choose a feasible strategy to cope with the disputes in the future.关键词
