摘要
Abstract
Compared with other regions,Northeast Asia may be one of regions that have least regional coop-eration in the world.The structure of multi-fragmentation in Northeast Asia,which has some secondary is-sue-oriented cooperative structures between regional countries,is originated from the interest conflicts be-tween powers,security and economics or the clashes of cultural tradition,historical memory and ideology. The consequences are not only the shortage of regional cooperation but also a bad apple effect which reduces the existing cooperation.It will be helpful to mitigate and manage fragmentation by explaining its emergence and evaluating its state of competition or cooperation.Thus the Northeast Asian countries should take some necessary measures to eliminate or at least mitigate regional fragmentation so that they could have a winning status in the future global competition.关键词
