Abstract
Small countries do not have advantageous power in international relations,which may cause difficul-ties to understand this phenomenon in traditional power conception.The classification based on traditional power theory in international relations studies also tends to put greater emphasis on big countries,but its research methodologies characterized by sources of power,models of effects,forms of performance is of some significance to reveal small powers.Based on this,this paper presents the research framework of natural power,institutional power,structural power and behavioral power,which provides integrated and comprehensive perspective in un-derstanding small countries’power.关键词
