快速城市化区域经济与环境协调发展动态评价--以深圳宝安区为例
A Dynamic Assessment for the Coordination between Economic Development and the Environment in Rapid Urbanized Areas：A Case Study of BaoanDistrict in Shenzhen

Abstract
Assessing the coordination between the environment and the economic development is a key to the sustainable development study. Most of the progresses were applied in evaluating the status quo and short-term dynamic variation, rather than in long-term change. Furthermore, most research scales were focusing on city and larger scale, neglecting the district and smaller scale. Taking Baoan district in Shenzhen, a rapid industrialized and urbanized area, as a typical case, 9 indexes closely related to the socio-economic development and eco-environment status have been selected to build the coordination evaluation index system. Accordingly, the coordination degrees between socio-economic development and eco-environment of Baoan were assessed based on the data of socio-economy and environment sub-systems from 1994 to 2012. The results showed as follows: the socio-economic development index increased gradually while the eco-environment index experienced steady increase-sharp decrease-continuous elevation-slight decrease variation. The evolution speeds of socio-economic and eco-environment subsystems were not synchronized, indicating the variation of economical lag-economic and environment synchronous-environment lag. The coordination degrees between socio-economic development and eco-environment of Baoan district increased at first, and then decreased and increased again at last. The period of 1994-2012 can be divided into three stages: The first is the initial stage of urbanization (from 1994 to 2000). A steady improvement of coordinated development in economy and environment happened in Baoan district, which presented a coordination level from primary to good coordination. The second is the middle stage of urbanization (from 2001 to 2006). The coordination degree had been falling dramatically from intermediate to primary, then declined to a marginal level in 2006.The third is later stage of urbanization (from 2007 to 2012).The coordinated development level rose steadily, experienced a change from marginal to intermediate coordination. The variation characteristics of economy-environment coordination degree in Baoandistrict are close to the urbanized process of economy-society development and eco-environmental protection. The Research results can give a technical support for the decision-making of urban sustainable development and the construction of ecological civilization, and also can provide reference for the coordinated development of other fast-industrialized and fast- urbanized regions.关键词
