江谷水库鱼类网箱养殖富营养化及浮游植物功能群的指示作用
Cage Cultural Eutrophication and Phytoplankton Functional Groups as Bio-indicators in Jianggu Reservoir (Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province)

Abstract
Seeing the fish cage-farming and the recent water deterioration problems, phytoplankton assemblages were analyzed and water quality variables were measured in the dry/flood seasons in the northern (fishcage-farming), southern and dam zonesof JiangguReservoir (Zhaoqing City) to evaluate the fish cage-farming effects on the trophic state index of the aquatic ecosystem as well as phytoplankton functional groups’ indication for eutrophication. Data analysis showed that it is more eutrophic in the fish cage-farmingzone than in thedamandsouthern zones(TSI indexes are 59.807 > 50.377 > 46.212 in dry season, 50.363 > 46.996 > 43.800 in flood season). Tropic State Index (TSI) was higher in the dry season than in the flood season. The phytoplankton biomassofthe fishcage-farming zone increase from 4.061 mg·mL-1 in dry season to 13.8142 mg·mL-1in flood season.In the flood season, NA (desmids), J, K and F dominated in all the zones, S1 FG (represented byLimnothrix sp. andPlanktothrix sp.), M FG (represented byMicrocystissp.) and C FG (represented byCyclotellasp.) were sub-dominant in both fish cage-farmingzone and dam zone; while no FG was sub-dominant in the southern zone. In the dry season, FGs K, J, C and S1dominated in all the sampling zones; LO, D and P, with species ofCeratiumhirundinella,Peridiniumpusillum,Synedra sp. andMelodiragranulata var. angustissima as main representatives, were sub-dominant in the fish cage-farmingzone;the codon D and X1, with species ofSynedra sp., Monoraphidium sp. andSchroederia sp. as representatives, was sub-dominant in the southern zone; G and A, mainly represented by Chlamydomonas sp. andRhizosolenialongiseta , were sub-dominant in both southern and dam zones. The area impacted by the fish cage-farmingin relation to phytoplankton assemblage composition was much larger in the flood season compared with dry season. Our results confirm thatfishcage-farmingcan strongly cause deteriorationin water quality and dominance/sub-dominance of phytoplankton functional groups can be complementary to TSI indexto reflect changein the reservoir ecosystem.关键词
