施硅期对砷污染土中水稻体内磷砷含量与分布的影响
Effect of Application Periods of Silicon on Concentrations and Distributions of Arsenic and Phosphorus in Rice Plants

Abstract
Arsenic accumulation in rice is a serious threat to food safety in our country. How to reduce arsenic accumulation in rice is urgent. Effect of application period of silicon fertilizer on concentrations and distributions of phosphorus and arsenic in rice plants and dynamic concentration of arsenic, phosphorus and silicon in soil solution were studied under the condition of application amounts of 100 mg kg-1 silicon fertilizer by pot experiment. The results showed that biomasses, arsenic concentrations and phosphorus concentrations in different rice tissues were affected by application period of silicon fertilizer. Under condition of silicon fertilizer application in tillering stage, fulfilled grain weight and seed setting rate were highest, followed by silicon fertilizer application in flowering stage and filling stage, and fulfilled grain weight increased by 52.4%, compared with the control. Silicon fertilizer application in tillering stage decreased arsenic concentrations in the grain. Compared with silicon fertilizer application in seedling stage, silicon fertilizer application in flowering stage and filling stage significantly decreased arsenic concentration. However, application period of silicon fertilizer hadn’t significant effect on arsenic concentrations in the straw, root and husk (P>0.05). Silicon fertilizer application in tillering stage significantly increased phosphorus concentrations in rice husk (P<0.05), reduced phosphorus concentrations in grain and root, but hadn’t significant effect on phosphorus concentrations in rice straw (P>0.05). Arsenic concentrations increased and phosphorus and silicon concentrations decreased in soil solution with the growth of rice. Except for 146 days of rice transplanting, application period of silicon fertilizer hadn’t significant effects on the concentrations of arsenic in soil solution. Application period of silicon fertilizer had significant effects on the concentrations of silicon in soil solution for most sampling times, while hadn’t significant effects on the concentrations of phosphorus in soil solution. From the above, we concluded that application amount of 100 mg·kg-1 silicon fertilizer in tillering stage could furthest increase product of rice and decrease accumulation of arsenic in rice plants.关键词
