摘要
Abstract
The background and necessity of rural women’s employment were analyzed in this paper. Taking the rural women’s employment in Jinjiang as the research object,and using questionnaires and interview methods,the current rural women’s employment status was summarized from the multiple angles such as cultural level,employment con-fidence,employment intention,the rate of employment and so on. And the main existing problems about the em-ployment of rural women in Jinjiang. Then,based on the analysis,this paper put forward the corresponding coun-termeasure and suggestions.关键词
