Abstract
As an important part of the national economy, the survival state of the small micro enterprise is directly related to the healthy development of national economy. According to the current small micro enterprise development status and problems analysis of financial management, this essay analyses the factors restricting the development of small enterprises in our country, and leads a dis-cussion of building a perfect financial management system from different aspects, such as the external environment, the financial sys-tem, personnel quality, system construction and innovation, in order to promote the healthy growth of small enterprises in our country.关键词
