Abstract
With the development of industrial automation technology, the demands for position, speed and accuracy of the equipment control become higher and higher, the electro-hydraulic proportional valve and electro-hydraulic servo valve well meet the requirement of industrial control. In our metallurgical engineering company, the electro-hydraulic proportional valve and electro-hydraulic servo valve are used for disc casting machine and electric solutions unit. In this paper, the principle of electro-hydraulic proportional valve and electro-hydraulic servo valve and the specific application in the PLC control system are mainly analyzed.关键词
