H2O/O2气氛下半焦负载氧化铁高温煤气脱硫剂再生行为研究
Regeneration Characteristics of Modified Semi_coke Supported (Fe2 O3) Desulfurization Sorbents in H2 O/O2

Abstract
Iron oxide high temperature coal gas desulfurization sorbent supported by semi_coke was prepared with precipitation method .The influences of regeneration temperature ,space veloci_ty and H2 O/O2 ratio on regeneration performances were investigated in a fixed_bed quartz reac_tor .X_ray diffraction ,X_ray photoelectron spectrometry ,scanning electron microscopy and N 2 ad_sorptions were used to identify changes in the physical and chemical properties of the sorbents be_fore and after regeneration .The results show that in the regeneration reaction FeS reacts with H2 O/O2 mixed gases to produce Fe2 O3 ,SO2 ,H2 S and a number of sulfur .T he optimum regenera_tion:regeneration temperature ,H2 O/O2 ratio and space velocity are 600 ℃ ,40 and 3 000 h-1 re_spectively .The maximum elemental sulfur yield can achieve 44.4% under this condition and the sorbents can be kept high regeneration rate (> 98.5% ) .In addition ,the mechanical strength of sorbents increases gradually and the sulfidation activity is still in a high level .关键词
