不同介质对 AZ31镁合金疲劳行为的影响
Effect of Different Environments on the Fatigue Behavior of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy
摘要
Abstract
The fatigue behavior of extruded AZ31 magnesium alloy in air ,w(NaCl ,Na2SO4 =3 .5% ) solutions was studied by using fatigue test and scanning electron microsropg .The fatigue properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy in the two corrosive encironments were reduced by 58 .91%and 34 .40% ,respectively .In the corrosive environments ,the change of the fatigue crack initiation mechanism is the main reason for the reduction of fatigue properties .CI- has strong penetration capacity and is easy to form corrosion pits on the specimen surface ,w hich become the best crack initiation source .Comparatively ,the corrosion type change in Na2 SO4 solution and the harmful_ness are smaller .关键词
