基于一维光子晶体的可见光波段大角度反射器研究
Study on the Character of Wide Angle Reflector in the Visible Region Based on One_dimensional Photonic Crystal

Abstract
One_dimensional photonic crystal reflector with an composite structure [A1/B1 ]m [A2/B2 ]n was composed by LiF and Ge .The band gap covers whole visible light band ,and its characteristic is investigated by plane wave expansion method and transfer matrix method .It was found that increasing the period number m and n results in widening of the band gap range .When m= n≥9 ,the width of the band gap has no obvious increase as increasing the period number m and n .The characteristics of structures with the form of [A1/B1 ]m ,[A2/B2 ]n and [A1/B1 ]m [A2/B2 ]n were investigated .As increasing the incident angle ,the band gap shifts towards the short_wavelength and the shifted speed of the up limit is always faster than that of the low limit .When the incident angle is in the range of 0°~60° ,the band of total reflection can be carried out from near_ultraviolet to near_infrared (315~830 nm );w hen the incident angle is in the range of 0°~85° ,the band of total reflection can be carried out in whole visible light (315~830 nm) .The re_sults provide theoretical support for the preparation and application of wide_angle reflector in visi_ble light band .关键词
