摘要
Abstract
The exploration of real-estate investment decision methods has been a hot spot among the domestic scholars. Based on the existing research, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the real estate investment decision and establishes an evaluation index system, then uses AHP and entropy weight method to determine the combined weight value of each index. In view of the grey information in the real estate investment decision process, we use the grey correlation analysis to calculate the grey correlation degree and rank the alternatives to realize the scheme optimization. Finally a specific example is given to prove that this method is an effective one for the real-estate investment decision and the results can be viewed as a reference for investors.关键词
