Research of the Relationship Between Organizational Culture and Organizational Integration in Construction Project
摘要
Abstract
This paper discusses the relationship between organizational culture and organizational integration with the empirical method, discusses about the mediation variables “information sharing based on BIM” and “trust cooperation” which are introduced to explain the relationship between organizational culture and organizational integration. Meanwhile, this paper verifies its relationship with Pearson correlation analysis method,uses Sociology statistics software SPSS11. 50 and structure analysis software AMOS18. 0 to analyze data. This paper’ s theoretical contribution is to verify the intermediary role of the intermediary variable in the model.关键词
