Research on Importance Ranking of Influencing Factors on Selecting Project Delivery System
摘要
Abstract
Selectting the appropriate project delivery system is the primary task of efficient collaborative work of project management organization, providing an important guarantee for the successful implementation of the project objectives. The first step is to find the influencing factors to select the project delivery system. However, decision results obtained by different combinations of influencing factors are different. Decision makers are difficult to fully consider all influencing factors and make a reasonable judgment. Hence identify and priority the relatively more important influencing factors on the achievement of project objectives from a number of influencing factors. Through literature review and expert interviews and other ways to identify 19 influencing factors of selecting project delivery system, which are divided into four categories, that is project characteristics, self-awareness of owners, configuration of control and market environment. And use the data obtained from the questionnaire to calculate its importance index, obtained the project type, thinking inertia, the owners ability, configuration of control, sophistication of trading rules have significant impact on selection of project delivery system compared to other factors.关键词
