摘要

Abstract

To meet the new normal of China’ s economic growth, the construction industry’ s growth rate is shifting from the rapid growth to the high-speed growth. And promoting technological progress is facing an important task for the construction industry, which is to shift the pattern of economic development from the extensive growth of scale and speed to the intensive growth of quality and efficiency. To a large extent, the level of technological progress contribution rate reflects the speed and quality of the construction industry, which has the reference significance on the understanding of the dynamic development of the industry and policy formulation. Therefore, this paper applied Cobb-Douglas model and Almon distributed lag model, and used Eviews software to analyze the historical data of 2001~2012 years, calculated the construction industry contribution rate of technological progress. The conclusion of this thesis is that the Construction Technology Progress Ratio is very low in China even though the 4 trillion investments have no significance on the technology advancement.
