Abstract
The seam ERW welding test of 1 .8mm thick DC01 and 1 .5mm thick WHT700T dissimilar steel sheets for automobile was conducted .In the case of high electric current up to 20kA and high welding speed up to 14m/min ,the weld seam was of good configuration .The joint was characteristic of high tem-perature bonding with four zones :two heated recrystallization zones in the weld middle which partly ap-proached to melting ,without microstructure heredity and mixture of the two materials ;two deformed heat-affected zones ,presented band microstructure feature in WHT700T side and coarsened grain in DC01 side .The tensile test ,cupping test and bending test on the joint were qualified .The hardness distribution on the joint was asymmetric and the microstructure of the weld in WHT 700T side was bainite .关键词
