Abstract
Research the constructing of the regional cloud digital library in three nets fusion environment in order to adapt the regional cloud digital library to the three nets fusion,adding service channels,breaking restriction of time and space to a certain degree,expanding readers,providing the magnanimous and diverse information resources. Introduce the definition and the recent research of the regional cloud digital library,as well as the definition and characteristics of the three nets fusion. Then point out the connotation and application mode of the regional cloud digital library in the environment of the three nets fusion. Finally discuss the architecture of regional cloud dig-ital library adapted to the three nets fusion environment,and analyze the key technologies.关键词
