结合CMMI的Scrum敏捷软件开发研究
Research on Scrum Agile Software Development with CMMI
摘要
Abstract
CMMI and agile development are the top two development models at present. CMMI is adapted to the development requirement of large and medium sized software, while it produces and maintains a lot of documents because of abiding by complex development process. Agile development is fit to small sized software,but it is short of large sized software. In this paper,present a Scrum agile devel-opment model satisfied with CMMI level three in order to enlarge the application scope of agile method. Compared with CMMI level three,analyze the contents about allocating personnel character,making project plan,fusing process and product quality assurance,arran-ging configuration management,interacting organization asset library. This new Scrum model still maintains high agile feature on the basis of satisfying CMMI level three,and more it adapts to the large and medium sized software development.关键词
