基于物联网技术的食品安全监管与对策研究
Research on Food Safety Supervision and Decision Based on Internet of Things
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the quality of people’ s living level is gradually improving,increasing human understanding of the importance of physical health,food safety regulatory issues which affect directly to human happiness and health. Along with the Internet of Things devel-opment and progress,the Internet of Things is finding wider and wider application in all walks of life,which is also becoming more and more bright future. In this paper,expound the concept of Internet of Things and the main characteristics of the Internet of Things technolo-gy,also make a deep exploration on the Internet of Things today involving field and application ability. Then the application of Internet of Things technology in the food safety supervision influence has been researched and analyzed. Finally,the food safety regulatory strategy under Internet of Things technology environment has carried on the induction and summary in detail. IoT technology used in food safety regulation has very important practical significance and influence,so the research on food safety supervision based on IoT technology ap-plication and decision is of great feasibility.关键词
