摘要

Abstract

CINRAD is an effective instrument of monitoring the meso-scale and micro-scale disastrous weather system. Its data quality and obtaining data on time has directly influenced on the precision of quantitative meteorological business application. By research on the different subsystems of the new generation weather radar,the adaptive monitoring system is designed according to the faults feature,and it can really monitor the different subsystems’ fault and rightly send alarm. The alarm platform is made of two suit of hot backup devices, which improves the efficiency of alarming. At the same time,the authorization mechanism is designed for the SMS platform to refuse to send the fault information sent by the computer of illegal client,avoiding to suffer attack of hacker. The monitoring result is very good from more than one year’ s trial operation.
