摘要

Abstract

Because of the heterogeneousness of air pollution emergency stored by Internet and semantic differences of people in under-standing,it is important to understand and describe air pollution emergency knowledge correctly in emergency decision-making. An air pollution emergency ontology model based on event is proposed. The model abstracts event classes in the field of air pollution,analyzes the semantic relations between them and establishes six elements of event classes. Air pollution emergency ontology model is constructed with the ontology modeling tool Protégé and a"Factory Emission" case is described to testify the validity of the model. The results show that the model can well represent the air pollution emergency knowledge,supporting semantic reasoning between events.
