棕榈酸帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效与安全性OACSTPCD
Efficacy and safety of paliperidone palmitate in treatment of schizophrenia
目的：探讨棕榈酸帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效与安全性。方法选取36例精神分裂症患者为实验组，同时选择与实验组诊断相同、阳性与阴性症状量表（ PANSS）评分差异≤5分的33例为对照组。实验组给予肌内注射棕榈酸帕利哌酮，每月1次；对照组给予口服帕利哌酮，1次／d，1周内逐步加至9 mg／d。观察两组治疗前后PANSS评分、显效率及不良事件发生情况。结果实验组和对照组治疗后PANSS评分与基线比较，均降低，差异有统计学意义（F＝307．8，P＜0．0…查看全部>>
