Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of comprehensive interventions on the use of antibiotics in the outpatient de-partment of an Armed Police Forces corps hospital.Methods The basic data of application of use of antibiotics in the outpatient de-partment of hospital were retrievaled before (Aug, 2010 to July, 2011) and after intervention (Aug, 2011 to July, 2012);per capita cost, the proportion of antibiotics prescriptions and number of drug in both periods were searched retrospectively.Results The con-sumption sum of antibiotics in the outpatient department of corps hospital dropped from 1.9 million yuan before intervention to 1.4 mil-lion yuan, by 27.36%, the DDDS dropped from 123 thousand before intervention to 89 thousand after intervention, by 27.31%.The antibiotic use rate decreased from 16.25%to 10.83%;antimicrobial prescription proportion decreased from 26.5%to 19.95%, un-reasonable prescriptions dropped from 8.9%to 2.12%;antibacterial drug adverse reactions from 46.85%down to 22.22%;the pro-portion of unauthorized priscriptions dropped from 359 to 33.Conclusions Through rectifications of use of antibiotics and implementa-tion of comprehensive interventions, antibiotics is further more reasonable in outpatient department of corps hospital.关键词
