Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral administration of mesalazine in combination with Kangfuxin so-lution enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis ( UC) and its effects on coagulation parameters.Methods 80 patients with UC meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group (n=40) and the control group(n=40) according to the treatment plan in digital form.The control group was treated with oral administration of mesalazine, while the observation group was treated in combination with Kangfuxin solution enema on the basis of the control group.After the treatment, the two groups of patients were compared in clinical efficacy and coagulation parameters index changes.And they were followed up for 6 months, the recurrence rate was observed and compared.Results The observation group had a total effective rate of 95.0%, which was higher than that of 80.0%in the control group (P<0.05).In coagulation parameters indexes : the count of platelets (PLT)(189.1 ±94.5)and con-centration of fibrinogen (FIB)(2.4 ±0.2)were lower in the observation group after treatment, while the prothrombin time (PT)(13.9 ±1.6) and mean platelet volume (MPV)(9.8 ±0.5)were higher (P<0.05), and the corresponding indexes(212.6 ±97.2;3.3 ± 0.3;10.8 ±1.2;7.4 ±0.6)compared with those in the control group showed statistical significance (P<0.05).After six-month fol-low-up, it was shown that the observation group had a lower recurrence rate of 7.5% than that of 27.5% in the control group ( P<0.05).Conclusions Oral administration of mesalazine in combination with Kangfuxin solution enema in the treatment of UC can ob-viously relieve the clinical symptoms, improve the effect of treatment and coagulation parameters indexes, reduce the recurrence rate;it is worth of further clinical research.关键词
