摘要

Abstract

A new type of terahertz (THz) iflter based on photonic crystal is proposed. The iflter includes resonator that is composed of three point defects in line defect, which can achieve a function of high-efficiency filtering of dual wavelength. In this paper, the bandgap structure of square lattice photonic crystals is analyzed with the plane wave expansion method (PWM), and some performance indicators of the iflter are studied with ifnite-difference time-domain (FDTD). The simulation results show that the new iflter can iflter out the terahertz waves of 3.413 THz and 3.222 THz, and has the advantages of narrow iflter bandwidth, small volume, etc.
