On Liu Shaoqi’s “The Arts of Leading the Masses”,the Important Thoughts on Dealing with the Relationship between the Party and the Masses

Abstract
As early as the 1930s,Liu Shaoqi had taken “the arts of leading the masses”as an important method of han-dling the relationship between the party and the masses correctly.He not only explained the connotation of“the arts of lead-ing the masses”,but also illustrated why we should master it and how to carry out it.These thoughts played an important role in making good of the work of the masses and wining the support of the masses in the revolutionary period.It also has realistic meaning for the party and its members to master and improve the arts of leading the masses,together with closing the relationship between the party and the masses today.关键词
