摘要

Abstract

To better understand the present situation of employee engagement under Chinese culture , we administrated the Chi-nese Employee Engagement Scale among 355 participants .The results showed that there were no gender differences in Chinese em-ployee engagement , there were no statistically significant differences in employee engagement among different seniority employees , the young employees had higher level of engagement , the better educated , the higher level of engagement they would have , the em-ployees in Hong Kong -invested and Taiwan-invested enterprises had higher level of engagement than those in state -owned and private enterprises , the high-level staffs scored higher than the lower ones in employee engagement and the features of engagement under Chinese culture are different from those of the West .
