Abstract
The construction site is a complex system for “personnel , mechanical and construction environment”, and almost every building safety accident happened results from the comprehensive effect of various factors such as man , machine , and environ-ment.To create a safe construction environment , the limited funds of the safety investment should be put into all aspects of the safe -ty management , which can use the method of evaluation system to analyze all factors influencing each other and restraint relation -ship, to find a reasonable control of the safety accidents to avoid accidents , hence it can get maximum security management efficien-cy.关键词
