Abstract
Marx’s theory of urbanization has strong vitality, and it’s good for our country’s urbanization analysis and guid-ance. Since the New China was founded, our country has experienced four stages of urbanization. The current is in the fifth stage of rapid development. Reviewing the development of urbanization, the realization of our country urbanization path is mainly policy guid-ance and market promotion, the countryside surplus labor force as the main source of population, the increase in population and the expansion of land use, the gap between urban and rural areas, and the gap between city and city, and so on. In order to realize sus-tainable urbanization, we should follow a new path of urbanization, focusing on people-centered urbanization, based on the good e-cology, to improve urban capacity as the way and to make urban-rural composition as the goal.关键词
