Abstract
The Third Plenary Session of the CPC’ s 18th Central Committee suggested the new round of urbanization and has a-chieved remarkable results.But there are several problems existing in the implementation of the new urbanization process such as the low level of urbanization, the public process lagging behind; urban comprehensive carrying capacity being lack, “urban disease”becoming increasingly prominent;the blind investment in some local governments which causes huge liabilities, the deliberate pur-suit of the urbanization rate increase, and construction and reform of institutional mechanisms lagging behind.It can be solved in four aspects:the new urbanization should focus on the people as the core of the town, to promote the public process of migrant work-ers;it should greatly improve the overall carrying capacity of the city, stressing on the sustainable development; realistically, it takes local features new urbanization road;it vigorously promotes the reform.关键词
