Analysis of Talent-promoting Ideology in Intrigues of the Warring States
摘要
Abstract
Talent-promoting means attaching importance to the intelligent.Some chapters in Strategies of the Warring States show us the general images of an emerging class-Political Strategists.The ideologies of the Political Strategists, to certain extent, re-present the mainstream ideology of the time.Strategies of the Warring States demonstrates the extraordinary talents of the Political Strategists.Those advisers, schemers and canvassers, who were active in the courts of different kingdoms, exerted mighty influence on the rise and fall of the kingdoms by using their courage and intelligence.That reveals the wide reorganization of the talent-promo-ting ideology in the society at that time.Some chapters, from the standpoint of the stratum of scholars, made unconventional propos-als for selecting and appointing the talented and capable individuals.Those proposals, including talent-respecting and talent-promo-ting, can be regarded as relatively complete measures and preliminary theories for selecting and employing the talented.关键词
