Edge Detection Based on Mathematical Morphology in the Two Color Spaces
摘要
Abstract
By analyzing the weaknesses of the color space of RGB and HSI , the paper puts forward a color image edge detection algorithm based on mathematical morphology .The algorithm realizes lexicographical order for the pixels in the HSI space , and then to define operations of dilation and erosion .By calculating distance between images dilated and eroded from a color image , the edge information of color image is obtained .Experimental results indicate that edge detection which detected by the proposed method is a -ble to keep more complete outline of the color image , and it has a relatively small amount of calculation .The algorithm has better a-bility of preserving the edge details and better robustness .关键词
