Abstract
Aim at the machining of large diameter carbon fiber composite fastening holes in the aerospace field , the paper pro-poses a new method of ultrasonic elliptical vibration trepanning drill .The motion modal of the separated ultrasonic elliptical vibration trepanning drill is built .The drilling force and drilling temperature are analyzed theoretically , combined with the related experiments . The experimental verified that ultrasonic elliptical vibration cutting technology greatly reduces the machining sets of large -diameter laminated fastening holes and improves the processing efficiency , effectively reduces the cutting force and the cutting temperature , a-voids the delamination and avulsion , and improves the processing quality .关键词
