《国语》是司马迁写作《史记》所重点依据的史书，《国语》的史料素材，对《史记》具有史源性的价值和意义。《史记》对《国语》的援据、采用，主要有采用、关涉、未用三种情况，常用“取事约辞”或“取事弃辞”等办法予以改写或改造。《国语》的“观人法”和对人物“为人”的关注，在《史记》中得到了传承。
Discourse of the States is the important history book for Sima Qian to write Historical Records. The historical materi⁃als in it is significant and valuable for Historical Records.
