Changes of Related Defense Enzyme Activity in Resistance to the Leaf Spot Disease of a Reclamation Plant in Copper Tailing
摘要
Abstract
Through pot cultivation experiments, the effects of A. tenuis on changes of related defense enzyme activity in resist⁃ance to the leaf spot disease of white clover, a reclamation plant in copper tailing, were studied. The results showed that A. tenuis has some virulence to white clover but susceptible index is not high. Compared with the non-inoculated control group, polyphenol oxidases, peroxidase and phenylalanin ammonia-lyase activity of white clover leaves in inoculated group significantly increased. With prolonged illness, activity of the three enzyme and lignin content firstly increased and then decreased. Polyphenol oxidase ac⁃tivity peaked at 5 d, peroxidase and phenylalanin ammonia-lyase activity were reached the peak at 7 d.关键词
