摘要

Abstract

The core competitiveness is from the human capital owned by the enterprise. The understanding to the human capital has become the core content of enterprise management. The supply of enterprise human capital has a dependency, invisibility and uncertainty. Human capital transactions have the property right consistency, information identification asymmetric, and trade cooper-ative, etc. Through the establishment of complete information and incomplete information dynamic game model, we get that the knowledge and skills human capital can’ t be a one-time transactions and the authority to command, identify, and supervision and management. The signing of enterprise human capital just makes sure both sides’ cooperation relations of labor and capital. The real transaction of human capital is a repeated process of dynamic contracts performing. It requires the incentive management to consider the factors of the salary reward, the opportunity cost of termination and the expected discount.
