Abstract

A rapid method was proposed for the simultaneous determination of 55 kinds of elements including As,Al,B,Ba, Be,Bi,Br,Ca,Ce,Cd,Cr,Co,Cs,Cu,Dy,Er,Eu,Fe,Gd,Ge,Hf,Hg,Ho,I,K,La,Li,Lu,Mg,Mn,Mo,Na,Nb,Nd,Ni,P,Pb, Pr,Rb,S,Sb,Sc,Se,Sm,Sr,Tb,Th,Ti,Tl,U,V,Tm,Y,Yb and Zn in biological samples after microwave digestion.The de-tection limit of the method was 0.001 ng/g~3 926 ng/g and the precision was 0.8%~21.9%.The resolutions were optimized for elements.Calibration curve was prepared using a biological standard material GBW10015 treated simultaneously in the same way with testing samples.Feasibility of the proposed method was tested by analyzing several biological standard material,the results obtained were in consistent with certified values.The method is accurate and simple,can meet the requirements for dai-ly biological sample analysis.
